Here's your chance to see what Durango looks like, before you come visit. The pictures of Durango Colorado on this page and the other Colorado pictures pages include some of our favorite places to go while we're here. Both easy-access spots, and more out-of-the-way nooks. And we try to have pictures for all seasons: spring, summer, fall and winter. You'll find local flowers in shady corners (that's one of my favorite flowers in the whole world)...
... Colorado wildlife peeking out from the trees (Okay, this one's not peeking. It's an injured young bull elk that was on our property in August 2006)...
...and a few other animals that cross our paths (Oh wait! Those aren't animals! Those are our kids, Kevin and Jessi, and three of their cousins. Who sometimes act like animals)...
...pictures of Durango Colorado itself (that's the "historic" part of town looking down from the college campus)...
...breath-taking - or more secluded-scenic shots (these delightful smaller Colorado waterfalls can be found in all sorts of out-of-the-way nooks, if you take the time to look)...

I've even included a few pictures taken along our drives to and from Durango Colorado (I prefer going to Durango, not from)...
